Please note that the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Once you receive the return authorization, please package the item(s) securely and include the return authorization form. Please send the package to the address provided on the return authorization form.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund.
